Donald founded the Societal Context Understanding Tools and Solutions (SCOUTS) at Google Responsible AI Research where he led the development of novel methods and tech used for Generative AI adversarial testing and bias reduction by 1B+ user products (Search, Youtube), Gemini, and Perspective API . He Initiated the community based system dynamics (CBSD) for responsible, robust AI research area at Google and in the industry. Donald has over 35 years of technology leadership experience and has held CIO, CTO, COO, VP of IT and product manager positions at global software development companies and telecommunications service providers. His work has been featured in the Harvard Business Review and he holds a US utility patent for "problem modeling in resource optimization.
